    MC to SA transfert missing 1 year

      Hi Guys,

      I bought a new suunto watch and decided at the same time to move from movescount to suunto app. But it seems that after the transfert completed (-> email received), all my moves from Jan 2020 are missing !

      I’ve sync my old watch logbook to SA, but only recover the past few month …
      Is there a way to force sync MC->SA again ?

            to clarify: you’ve bought a new Suunto and switched to SA. Before you started the MC-SA sync you did a sync of your old watch to SA? The old watch might have something like 30 activities stored in the logbook… and you are missing jan 2020 onwards or backwards?

            Edit: check what’s listed in sportstracker, too

              Do you still have your activities on MC ?

              Did you update the old watch firmware on the last month or very recently ?

                Until last week, I was using Suunto Ambit watch with MC
                I’ve bought a Spartan laste week, so decided to use SA
                Transfert MC->SA done => 1 year missing from Jan 2020 to dec 2020
                Then sync my old watch log to SA => so recover last activities

                yes still on MC
                No update old watch recently

                  did you upgrade to suuntolink on your laptop? (not sure if we’ve been forced to upgrad anyway)

                  I think nothing is lost if you still have your data in MC, good point from @sartoric

                          no more ideas from my side other than give it a little time and if the missing activities do not appear within 48h, get mr. @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos involved ✊
