This is almost unreadable for me, tiny fonts (I see a pattern here) - I hope Suunto create a dedicated app or even a web app with dark mode.

Runna is my favourite. You need to pay but it’s very complete, especially around the administration of your training calendar (moving stuff around, adjusting plans automatically to your current fitness, etc). Unfortunately it doesn’t work properly with Suunto / Race S because of this issue: https://forum.suunto.com/topic/12624/laps-are-not-exported-from-app-to-strava-and-fit-file-correctly-breaks-runna i.e, as far as I can tell the Suunto app is unable to export lap counters correctly, once any manual laps are involved (eg, any accidental presses of the lap button, any any ‘press lap to start/end’-type intervals, such as open warmups). So any third party app that looks at your fit files generated from Suunto is not going to make much sense of half of your interval runs. Does intervals.icu not analyse your completed runs in some way? Perhaps it doesn’t use open warmups or similar.

I just did an export. Things are getting better and worse at the same time. On the export side, I have now almost all the activities exported: in the app: 3135 activities fit files in the export: 3127 8 are missing. I digged a little to find the missing activities : 1 in 2020: alpine ski missing in January, in a day with multiple activities 2 in 2018: alpine ski missing in January as well 2 in 2017: alpine ski missing in December 1 in 2013: a duplicate in the app (running in February) 2 in 2012 : 2 duplicated yoga activites in August 2011 is something else, with some activities appearing in the export and not in the app and missing activities in the export. I haven’t checked all the activities missing in the export, but some appear like this in the app: [image: 1739804622484-4f2655d5-a9ba-4d89-bdd0-67346feb5be6-img_0831.png] I’m concerned about those missing activities and hope Suunto can do something about it. This also conforts me in using Rungap to frequently backup fit files of all my activities.

@VoiGAS Serial vs. parallel: it’s good to clarify. Duplicate workouts done in parallel (simultaneously) should be easy to detect and merge because the timestamps overlap. The app could even do this automatically!

@Dan-Cantir yeah, this would be the minimum solution, if only it worked on Android (but doesnt) suunto app version 4.107.3 (4107003) android 14 nokia x30 5G suunto vertical the max solution would be a default setting, that for any virtual ride, the location is disregarded (just like it is in strava). unfortunately, cant attach screenshots…

@GiPFELKiND said in Update Suunto App today morning: that would be great to plan routes in SA without Internet Agree, please allow the maps to be stored on the smartphone too

currently 98 days since the original request to remove all my stored data from all of Suunto’s servers and the response from Suunto support. A request to follow the directions that were suggested back in October. [image: 1737751962432-d35967b1-ebe2-498f-a70d-a2ff26a0c9a8-image.png]

@Alexander-Turner I use rTSS for walks and get, what feels like, accurately low TSS results. Like you, using hrTSS always gave me high numbers. In fact, I’ve turned off the OHR for walks because, for me, the sensor doesn’t work well at lower hear rates. This forces the Suunto App to use rTSS due to the lack of HR data. You can also choose which TSS to use for each activity by going to the activity’s menu (ellipsis in corner) and selecting Edit > TSS calculation method.

@AntoniusGaius In addition, except if something changed, HR zones for SA recorded activities will be default ones (based on your max HR and default %). HR zones are watch related.

@Raimo-Järvi Sorry for late reply, yes the dive logs where exported to CSV from the dive manager. It seems the CSV does not have any header row either. I can’t remember what the version of the DM was. I would need to find some old DM version to see if I can import them and export them in some other format.

@EzioAuditore I’ve just run into the same issue. I looked inside the GPX file and confirmed that it didn’t have elevation data in my case. However I’d fully expect Suunto App to check whether the imported file has elevation data and create elevation profile if it was missing. In my case I was importing from Caltopo which is one of the most popular website for creating online routes used by many races.
