@Brad_Olwin After using it some days, i canceled the connections to all services and now i do the imports manually. But this is also annoying, because there is no access to the FIT-Files on my PC. I have to download via app to my smartphone. In this case, there is a big gap to other manufacturers.I like the watch very much, but the app is one decade behind others.
@brad_olwin Traverse was doing so, so 100% ambit as well:
TIME SYNCING
Your Suunto Traverse time can be updated through your mobile phone, computer (Moveslink) or GPS time. If you have paired your watch with the Suunto Movescount App, time and time zone are automatically synced with your mobile phone.
Hello Moderator,
Many thanks trying to help. Much appreciated.
That makes sense. So no wonder I was able to find the web version.
Thanks for confirming sync takes longer time.
I had the latest firmware on my watch with Movescount and I am not sure how to find if the watch has the latest firmware.
I have the Suunto App from Apple’s App store.
The beta app should sync much faster. I have an iPhone X and have no issues syncing unless my exercises are over 10-12h and that has been improved. I have noticed that syncing works better with faster internet connections. Hopefully this helps.
Yes please, adding the vote, or at least add the two multisports are missing, aquathlon and duathlon or add a new sport mode called “transition” so we can manage it.
But I am afraid we are a minority in those sports using suunto.
@sartoric Any change such a feature will be implemented in the app?
I guess a lot of users don’t know how/why to set it and the ones that do can forget it while they are travelling long distances.
Also, is there a situation where a user wants to overrule the values from an internet source? They have no way to measure it by themselves so they rely on the same data source.
I’m suunto customer since September last year, didn’t know that that kind of recovery existed. Any chance to implement same algorithm to SA? If it was present earlier, I’m guessing that it is not necessary to write it from scratch
@dimitrios-kanellopoulos Test done. On iOS I see the message of “loading your activity history…”, looks that this works fine.
The problem is only on “This week”. Looks that not have in count previous activities done before I re-install the app on iOS. “This month” and “Last 30 days” displays the correct information (maybe with a small difference of 1 minute, nothing serious, like I explained on previous post) but “This week” only count based on new activities, not all activities of this week, can be possible?
Thank you!
