Glad to hear it is at least already an item on the roadmap. Hopefully the fact that a hidden API might be around means it won’t be a heavy lift to get out the door.

With my bike GPS (Sigma Rox 10.0), you can upload activities automatically or manually to Strava. If you add a name to the activity and then you upload it to Strava, Strava activity has the same name than in the Sigma Software (I haven’t test it with pictures), so I think that if we were able to upload manually you only will need to name activities one time, and If Sigma can do it Suunto too.

I think this idea of you with crowdfunding a SW is not bad, but now, help me if I am wrong…you wrote “I don’t know who could do the job”, that also means you have no real knowledge in programming? And Suunto clearly has intention to make a working piece of software. I can understand that some users of Suunto hardware want to speed things up a little. But as @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos pointed our several times here, Suunto is merely a small or smaller company, things take their time at Suunto HQ. If you don’t like the time it takes, nor the software delivered, maybe you should take a look around to find something from a competitor which suits your needs more. And do you think writing something like this makes development faster? @draftvader Yes, that would be great, I personally gonna miss a website if they decide to cancel the Movescount support totally. Sports-tracker is no replacement!
