My wife’s watch behaved funny this morning after the update. All the buttons got frozen and the watch was repeatedly doing soft reset for some time. Then finally it got unfrozen but it seemed that the watch actually did a factory reset. After that the watch has been upgraded again and it was okay for 5 min and then the thing with soft resets repeated. Then, when it got unfrozen again. I did one more factory reset myself and now it seems that the watch is ok. The latest software is there. Has anyone experienced something similar?

@Mff73 said in changing route on the fly during navigation: Routes are synced directly (sometimes without any pop-up) This time I paid much more attention and as soon as I enabled the new routes, a quick sync message appeared. That said, great feature! Thanks!

@Egika Says the person using an Avatar picture with a bike But seriously, you won’t find any running instructor talking about Cadence in the RPM sense. Even Suunto with this Run watch has implemented a metronome with a Cadence advice of: https://www.suunto.com/sports/News-Articles-container-page/run-with-the-new-suunto-run-gps-watch/ “Metronome Cadence – the number of steps you take per minute – is a great indicator of efficient running form. Use Suunto Run’s metronome to maintain your target step frequency. A cadence of around 180 steps per minute is commonly recommended.” I myself would say ‘try to keep it above 170 to minimise heavy pounding steps’.

@Arnaldo-Rodriguez said in Watch Face customisation: Is there any info if Suunto Plus Store will come to the Run? I have no idea, but I suppose not because Run already has some of the features of S+ on board. Maybe they plan to add more in the future, who knows!

@renumbisin you mean if your run is 11.02km, the last lap is just 20m and the average for this short distance should be the average of the last 200m to have more data for average. This is reasonable.

@Jonathan-Dupré Two ways: Long-press the crown -> Settings -> Display -> Always-on Display Go to Widgets -> Control Panel -> Always-on Display Note: During an activity, you must first exit the activity (not stop it). Long-pressing the bottom button takes you to the watch face. Once the setting is complete, pressing the crown returns you to the activity. Unfortunately, this option isn’t available in the activity’s Sports Settings. It’s better to set it beforehand.

I had similar behaviour this morning with the latest software 3.19.20. Have you experienced something similar again since you had the issue last time?

@herlas thank you - that’s what I thought. Good to have it confirmed. A pity that Run is caught in the middle - neither syncing with Plus Guides nor having the full functionality on board. All the elements to sync TP would appear to be available; here’s hoping that one day it’s enabled.

Hi, I also keep seeing these non-existent spikes in the daily heart rate graphs. For example in the attached photo, at that moment I was woken up by dogs barking and went outside to check. My Holtler night monitor did not show that absurd value but only 65bpm. [image: 1755234352579-1000004933.png] Fw 3.19.20

@GiPFELKiND it’s sampled every 10 min or so, definitely a trade-off for consumption. However, I wish there was an option to keep it on all the time…

@9ppuser Watch Suunto Run With my Race S, I can train without recording my heart rate, there is an option in the training menu.
