@aerodynamik I am also not satisfied with the volume and vibration on the watch. But i live with it. It would be good if it could be improved.

@bulldogg Maybe it is just iOS app issue and not watch nor your cloud data. If you don’t have access to any android app to check, maybe you can access Sportstracker on the Web, login with your Suunto account and check if your activity recorded laps are uploaded to cloud (sports-tracker.com and Suunto are sharing same database) [image: 1766032164026-screenshot_20251218_052558_chrome.jpg]

Suunto support’s reply provided some additional details: The Suunto Run does not include all the swimming features advertised in the product sheet — a deliberate choice by Suunto. I don’t understand why they don’t update their product sheet to clarify which features might actually come later; it’s completely unacceptable. Suunto acknowledges these shortcomings. It’s somewhat reassuring — we can hope for certain improvements, such as displaying distance in meters — but nothing guarantees that all the announced features are achievable due to hardware limitations (automatic laps, stroke recognition, rest-time counting). I was told that only the high-end models are capable of handling these features and that the Run is primarily oriented toward running.

I am returning to this issue because it bothers me greatly. I keep monitored my sleep with a Holter because I am trying to investigate a problem that has been occurring for a couple of years (PVCs). There have been several fw updates, I have sent several logs, but I keep seeing graphs that are completely at odds with reality, even during the day. If it’s not too much to ask, I would like to understand if this is just my own issue, considering that the post has not received any replies, or if it is a widespread oddity that no one cares about. Either way, thank you anyway. Don’t get me wrong, you know I love this watch!

@Mennekk I guess you’re right. afaik the only way to disable DND during activity is to switch to watch mode and to access the control panel

@olitherunner123 This WF appears when you have uninstalled (by mistake?) all available WFs, so go to the SA application, select the ones you like, and sync the watch and this should solve the issue. Unless there is something else…

@Hari-Seldon True, I moved here when I realized it’s probably an issue with the Suunto Run. A big difference between the H10 and Verity Sense / Coros HRM is that only the former provides R-R intervals. This fact surely affects how the watch interacts with the sensor since e.g. the watch knows that zonesense should not be available with the optical ones. I would guess something in how the watch treats them causes the spikes, and that this is somehow related to the bogus R-R data recorded by the watch. I don’t know whether or not this also happens with the Coros OHR sensor.

@Jervin-Reyes I think the Suunto Run was already great when I bought it this summer, but I am pleasantly surprised with the number of updates and the contents of these updates (especially the last one). I’m excited to see what future updates might bring (Vertical2/Race2 watch faces I hope), but actually hope they will update the app with a dark mode and improve the sleep tracking scoring.

I’ve been using version 3.22.18 for a couple of weeks now. The good news is that treadmill mode is finally working properly, but unfortunately, the watch is rebooting more frequently. It usually restarts after the second lap during interval training sessions.

@herlas Yup, the only numbers I still trust on my watch are time, distance & speed.
