Restart during training

Yesterday, during training, the clock restarted twice. It’s the first time this has happened since I’ve had the watch. The watch continued to record the training session.

I have been using the watch since last October. And that happened for the first time. I will follow what happens next. But in the time since I’ve had Suunto, I’ve realized that anything can be expected. -
I have had the Suunto Run since June 2025. It had never happened to me but last week It restarted in the middle of a race, very disconcerting, I hope it won’t happen again…

In today’s training, the clock was reset. It’s happening again. This is now the fifth time.

Send a mail to support@suunto.com and share your logs with them. To send the logs, in the suunto app goto your profile, then settings, in that list there is a send logs to suunto option. Send it as quickly after the crash as you can.
It’s important to send the mail to support from the same email address that you have configured in the app.
