@Klaus-Myrseth Noticed another one talking freedive mode: https://forum.suunto.com/topic/12397/suggestions-for-freedive-mode-after-update-q4-2-38-42 Think consolidating these two would be nice.

@MacKaris if you did a dive, surface time and no fly time will be there, and only disappear after few days going back to the complication you selected. I believe this is the behavior for safety reasons.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos @patrickmorrison did you get to confirm if it’s possible to export the track? I’m a marine biologist, and it would be very helpful to create certain maps

~UPDATE~ After about 4 days which I’m guessing it is after 100h of surface time, the complications finally changed to what they were suppose to be, and accepted to be customized. This will need more testing, but I’m guessing this means after a dive, a few of the watch faces are forced to show Surface Time for 100h.

@pwjohnson I have the same situation on the best watch face on this watch (the one shown on the picture). Has anyone found a solution?

@PsaRasmus-G No answer to your question but I’ve found adding waypoints to an existing route also tricky, one wrong finger press & the route is suddenly changed (in my case adding waypoints to a 100 mile race resulted in the overall route becoming a 190 mile out & back, glad i noticed before hitting save). I really love the app but things such as this would be much easier with a laptop & a mouse…

@kevd62 But isn’t that the same situation like mixed gas? You have to switch from one gas tank to the other, even if both are the same mix.

@Brad_Olwin Thanks for the suggestion. I tried settings/tones/all off. That should hopefully do the trick.

@Samyon-Shahnovitch I still remember the good old days when the early firmware of Suunto 9 (and Spartans before that) had adjustable brightness in 5% increments. Then Suunto decided to change it to low/medium/high, making my S9 and now Vertical annoyingly bright during night use. And I can fully imagine that it might be even worse with an AMOLED screen. I wish they would revert this for all their watches.

Mine has already been 2 days. Which guidance is the watch following I wonder? Even the most conservative guidance says 48 hours is the maximum period. Suunto must fix this through a software update. Did anyone find a solution for this yet?

@aquanaut said in New firmware suggestions for Ocean watch: If you have the chance, take a look as how garmin implemented their solution. I like it very much, and would like to have that in my ocean. I have an Epix Pro Actually I made a suggestion for that a while ago. I still stand by what I said ago: Just update the list as it is used and just keep the last 10 or so timers. That would be even better than what Garmin does. https://forum.suunto.com/topic/12491/modify-list-of-predefined-timers
