@Adam-Loomis it gives you resting HR, stress level, body resources… All those metrics that are required to trash the recovery status, and improve the potential training plans that could come in the future… But anyway, each of us has their own vision BR

@Kraisun-Tunta Yes, I would also love to get it. I think a lot of runners have injuries sooner or later. GTC helps a lot to monitor the recovery

@isazi I think the threshold pace is not correct,so is not reliable this app. If I see my average heart rate of the last 20 minutes of the test is 187 bpm,but my pace was the same all the entire test between 04:06/04:07 . Don’t understand why the average pace from the 30 minutes test is my threshold pace. There is some bug,I think
