@dave_h-iking the sleep summary may have caused my Vertical crash this week. My morning wake up alert happened at the same time with sleep summary pop-up. My alert was stuck, I couldn’t turn it off and finally the watch rebooted. There might be some correlation if bad things happen with the morning summary involved.

Each watch has its own auto-pause strategy, and even if you had worn two Suunto Race watches you could have had differences because the uncertainties of the GPS speed can play around the threshold and interpret your condition differently, during your seconds of braking or restarting.

(And personally, I don’t see the interest in auto-pause for running. For walking, where I’d forget to switch off the watch at a picnic… ok, but for running ?!)

AMOLED screens draw current for every lit pixel.
So more black = longer battery.
This is different from MIP displays.

And it is the reason why it can’t be selected. (plus maybe screen burn)

@Roope The CTL and TSB can be a day behind on the watch. This is a known bug and will be fixed with the next update.

@Johann I personnaly use “entrainement croisé”.

@logger if a watch crashes as often as you describe it, there may be some fault in the hardware. I think contacting support is your best course of actions.

@Greg-Frampton the watch will always default to an external monitor, if paired. If not paired, or not in reach, it defaults to optical heart rate.

yes, DND deactivates raise to wake. you need to press the button as you have already discovered

In movement, the precision of the Race is correct, without being excellent. The 9 baro is very precise.

It’s when it stops that it gets bad. We see the flatness of the curve on the 9 baro while the Race varies constantly.
