Bug Report - Freeze

Hello everybody. This is a bug report that happened yesterday. During my run after 2,5km , my watch froze and I couldn’t do anywthing with it. So, I did a soft reset on it and it worked afterward. It was -5Celsius outside. Don’t know if it has something to do with. I’m happy that my first actvity was saved but it’s a bummer that I missed a distance of my run on a froze watch and that I had to register a second run. Do you know why it could have happen ?

@fleblanc01 Not the cold, I have had a recent crash with the Race as well and reported to Suunto. If it happens again you can send logs to Suunto as soon as possible after the crash. Then PM me with time (time zone too please) and date logs sent as well as your email that you log onto Suunto app with (so they know how to locate your log). I will report this to Suunto.
