custom weight mode
I would like to use the custom weights mode.
That is, start a set every time and, between sets, have a stopwatch that measures recovery time. This goes on forever as for each training session I will do at least 35 sets.
I’m not sure if I need to set up a structured workout or can I customize the basic weight training.
In this last hypothesis I cannot add the time count which starts from zero every time.
Can anyone help me?
