@suunto2023user Just like the first one at https://repair.suunto.com/CustomerPortal/RepairCustomerPortal and uploaded the service note from my previous repair together with the photos of the watch/error. Replacement/repair took about 3 weeks.

@freeheeler When I bought the watch I chose a microfiber strap and probably wasn’t a good choice, so I just ordered a velcro strap and will try it out these days. My AW has it and it is very comfortable, but more importantly you can adjust the watch more accurately with significant benefits, I suppose, for HR readings. Thanks! update: I did a couple of runs and the velcro strap is way better than the microfiber one. I can’t say yet if it also solved the above problem, but I am very satisfied with its performance. Hi, I have similar problem, but little bit different. I can only see one Strava segment in my Suunto App. It is always the first listed in “Starred segments” on Strava. I have tried to un-star, re-star both, then the same combined strava disconnection, still the same. Don’t you have any idea why? I think I should see them more on 9 Peak Pro. @SuperD I know I repeat myself. but direct comparison is only possible when worn by one person and even then left and right wrist can give minor differences. if you could do overlaying tracks it would make the differences visible. I’ve spotted already a difference in one curve where the garmin went significantly on the inside, almost took a shortcut. sum all of those up and it might explain the difference

@freeheeler Well, even though it might not be an easy think to allow edits for recorded GPS data, other tools can do. I think in the end the question is, how far Suunto want to go with their app/tools. I agree, the GPS-topic might go too far. Anyhow, hope is there. So if you can point me to existing suggestions, I will surely upvote those. PS: Yes, the bike is very very nice. I can definitely recommend it (YT Capra)

I tried but was unable to reproduce it. I set the backlight to high and enabled standby. The watch shows a bright light for a while and then dimmed down to a faint glow. After pressing a button it turns bright again. I enabled raise to wake in low setting (standby still enabled). There it doesn’t seem to work but that is probably because the intensity of the low raise to wake setting is the same intensity as the standby intensity. When I set the raise to wake to high, the watch shows the same faint glow and turns bright when I raise my arm.

@Egika Sure. However, two examples: What if I set myself a steps-goal (e.g. next workout, I want to walk 15.000 steps). I recently was on a walking workout with my wife and had my workout running. Suddenly my wife was asking: I already have 10.000 steps. How many do you have? I could not answer the question as the workout display would not tell me the number of steps. Only at the end of the workout - when I completely stopped and saved the workout - I could answer the question, finally. I know, this might sound silly for professional sportspeople like you. But as the steps are counted anyway, why not making them available as datafield for displays during workouts? That should be very simple to implement, I suppose. Thanks.

@Aleksandr You can record with both app and watch, but then you will need external tools to mix data altogether. And, it is not that easy and perfect.

@freeheeler Yes i know its not smart watch That’s why Iam not looking for gadget with amoled, 1-3 day battery all plastic. I looking for good solid watch, with long-time battery that count my progress good. Calories, distance and all things. Right now i try to reduce my weight and its important for me to make it precise.

@Elipsus I had old Garmin sensor and it worked ok with my Ambit 2, but that was long time ago. You can only connect one bike sensor via Bluetooth and have no idea will this sensor work with Suunto 9PP.
