About the firmware update support for Suunto 9 Peak Pro

Most watches will receive firmware updates from time to time within a few years after release to improve or add new features. Given that the hardware of the Suunto 9 Peak Pro is similar to that of the Race and Vertical, will the Suunto 9 Peak Pro receive the same firmware update support cycle as the Vertical and Race?

@IceRim hardware is similar, not the same, actually older, and with less memory.

@IceRim The S9P has received many firmware updates as it is older. No one here will know how much longer the S9P will receive updates. Since its release in 2022 the S9P has received 12 firmware updates (not counting the last rollback) so I think that your statement is correct about improving the S9P but how long that will continue we do not know.
