@Meneillos sorry but i don’t get it. Your S5P is connected/linked with your Android phone, right? Then you need to link, your external HR band with your S5P https://www.suunto.com/Support/Product-support/suunto_5_peak/suunto_5_peak/features/pairing-pods-and-sensors/ Finally, every tiene you want to record an activity, wear the HR band, and press Exercise -> Run (or any other activity type) and wait for GPS and HR band. https://www.suunto.com/Support/Product-support/suunto_5_peak/suunto_5_peak/features/recording-an-exercise/ I have never had a problem with that I hope this helps

@Marcus-1 just to be sure, you check sleep and resources on the watch or the app? App Android or iOS? Nothing changed on the 1st of August, and the S5P I can check works fine for sleep and resources. Maybe checking with support could help in this case.

@woot_pl you can be assured that no one from Suunto sales will reply here. If you need direct assistance I recommend getting in touch with support by chat (if available). but I assume they can not help or change what’s been defined as sales

Mine beeps and vibrate when on charger and reach 99-100%, all the time, like multiple times per minute. S5 don’t behave like this (beeps only from time to time when charged), but S5P beeps and vibrates like crazy. Support says it is normal. Hope you will get better support experience.

@Egika yes, there are exactly two autolaps (after 10 and 20 minutes) when using Aerobic Decoupling app. Mystery solved!

@Hamilton I also found that my resting HR is quite a good indicator of fitness, though it reacts slowly to changes.

@scafroglia93 you can see the hint in Z1. 150-159 means >= 150 and < 159 and so on.

@falko This watch does not work with Suuntolink so do not connect it to the Mac. Try a full charge then reset and connect to a mobile device. If the watch does not restore then contact support.

@Brad_Olwin it only requires the lower right button to unlock the watch. I know that it‘s me who unlock the watch but under the gloves/jacket I don’t recognise it. For me it would help if I could lock/unlock the screen with the left buttons because I wear the watch on the left arm. I think the buttons are to sensitive.

@scafroglia93 Same problem for me, was actually going to post about that myself. Experienced it with S9PP and now Vertical. Regardless of the sport used and OHR vs heart rate strap, the Burner exhibits these constant discrete shifts up and down where one would expect a gradual change. Not sure the shifts follow the change in intensity well either. Last but not least, I’m not persuaded with the numbers it gives overall: my RHR is 43, give or take. My max HR is 179. I get 50% fat food source at around 97-100 bpm, which is low recovery heart rate zone for me if that. By the time my heart rate gets to 130-140 bpm, it’s nearly 80% carbs… The numbers don’t jive with neither Polar’s FuelWise, nor FatBurner data field in Garmin Connect IQ.

@Romain Have you had a look at the S+ “Peak Pace” and or “Loop”? [image: 1699961176477-img_8070.png] [image: 1699961176546-img_8069.png]
