@lars-erik-ulstein I am on iOS and there are no issues with the Custom Sport modes. I was able to configure a Custom mode with the Interval screen. You have a limit to the number of screens you may use. If the app is misbehaving you could try reinstalling SA but AFAIK there is no bug.

Hi Claudio The suggested training work just with the time consumed on the specific zone. Zone depand of the your type of training.

Well, the behaviour seems stranger than what I previsously tought. Today I looked at my watch, on which I had not pressed a button, and it displayed the arrow near the correct letter, but when I pressed a button, there was a flash showing the arrow near the previous day… guess until now I only catched that flash of yesterday’s display… This only happens on the first press of the day…

Are all four contacts on the watch and the pins of the cable clean? I’ve been using the same cable since 2014 until I got this issue. Scraping the contacts clean helped though after a while one of the spring loaded pins of the cable didn’t extend anymore and a new cable solved that.

Nah. Message (ie. notification from phone) resets the nag. I guess “it’s by design” then

@bradleyd Totally agree, for me: Rise to wake woks only during day but it is not needed and not visible during day. It only consumes battery. Brightness with every button press and every notification is not needed and undesirable during day and really disturbing during night. Removing toggle mode (or removing any existing feature of watch after sell to customer) is big step back and deal breaker for me when i will consider new watch. And in terms of battery consumption, it almost looks like suunto wants to battery die faster so people buy watch more often. Because there is no rational reason to force backlight during day when it has no added value, it just drain battery. And even during some light conditiones i noticed that contrast of screen is worst with backlight. I will take it to extreme here but when suunto is able to remove toggle mode (for some people important feature), what stops them to remove alarm, date, stepcounter or other feature that they will decide it is not needed in future.

@juhis70 I’m facing a similar situation with the steps recorded. I am undergoing rehabilitation after a hip surgery and I have been cleared to walk outdoors using crutches whilst tracking pace, time and distance. Everyday I walk the same route, and the first 3-4 weeks the device was registering similar values like my previous activity band and Apple Health. However, since about 2 weeks ago, the step counting has decreased significantly, the steps on Apple Health and the activity band remain as they did before. Is there any calibration process I should consider? @dimitrios-kanellopoulos Yes, I know. Wrist HR does turn off when belt is found, but still the watch first searches for wrist OHR. The small heart symbol on the watch has a tiny “belt” when it is belt HR. I started turning OHR off after a run, where the first kilometer had crazy HR values. Could be from belt, but also from wrist. I turn off the wrist HR to be sure that the HR the watch uses is from the belt, not OHR, without having to look for that almost too little belt on that small heart symbol. And I go to excercise options anyway. Indoors the backlight on, and when running, change intensity zones to pace. Half a sec clicking and wrist HR is also off.

@tomas5 it has been discussed and my self I do find it not expected as of behavior. Forward should confirm and back should cancel without applying. But the case is that if you notice that this is inconsistent in the watch ecosystem. Sometimes it works as expected and some options like you mention doesn’t . I pass this and raise it once more to the UX and team.
