@pavel-samokha I’ve noticed the same issue with older activities not displaying animations properly. It seems like only workouts synced directly from the watch to SA are working. Would be great if there was a way to support imported or older activities as well! Regarding the speed discrepancy, that’s an interesting find. The difference between the max speed shown in SA and the white flag animation does make it seem like a conversion issue. If it’s pulling from different data points (peak vs. recorded max), maybe there’s a way to standardize how it’s displayed? Also, I’d really appreciate having an option to manually switch between metric and imperial. Since it’s based on locale right now, it can be a bit inconvenient for those of us using different systems across devices. Hopefully, this is something that can be addressed in a future update!

@jsr184 said in SSSWHRBaro, SA and altitude issue: I don’t think air pressure indoor changes so much to indicate an increase of the altitude by 50m (one of the cases). Coincidentally I was just researching yesterday how much elevation can change due to normal weather patterns pressure change. Apparently, under normal weather patterns the pressure can change 0.1-0.2 kPa per hour which corresponds to 8-16 meters per hour. But 0.4 kPa per hour is not out of ordinary too, which means up to 32 meters per hour. How long was your activity? But it possible that the altitude is changed by FusedAlti. One way to find is to export this activity and look at Sea level pressure graph. If it is changing, that means the altimeter gets continuously recalibrated by FusedAlti.

You have to do it in the watch, in the sports mode options. BR.

@TELE-HO I get watches for free… Testing GPS or not. But my watch, its the one I choose and pay for it. Some of the ones I get I give them to people I know , physical friends mostly. I used (relatively speaking) to collect the “test/prototype” watches but now with clearance I give 'em to people. I don’t like personally to keep things anymore if they are to remove “help/joy/etc” from others, just to give me “memorable value”. //rant off and real face off

@Steve-Deremer check this one out, maybe you can post your comparisons there, like I did? I noticed a similar behaviour like you did, in my last run… check my post from last Saturday evening… https://forum.suunto.com/topic/3237/pros-cons-of-suunto-9-baro-only-be-fair-and-polite/33

@gitasa try this: clear cache, data and reinstall SA. Normally unsynced activities are grayed out in the watches logbook. you can check there if it’s synced or not. after reinstalling it should sync the logbooks unsynced content afaik

@Armin-S said in Only HR belt paired with Suunto app?: @BKtoo In any case you can - so far as I know - take SportsTracker - Suuntos sister-app with same database. The results are then displayed also in SA. not only use ST app to record the activity, you can use ST app to pair the phone with the HR belt, and then, only use SA to record activity (SA will now see the HR belt). SA doesn’t have HRbelt pairing function, but has HR recording ones. Strange isn’t it ?

@Niall-Oswald I am also facing this problem with my Ambit 3 Peak. I have tried it time and again but to no avail. I am left with no option but to stay with Movescount. Suunto must do something. This is very unfair and annoying.
