    Suunto Movescount web page not up to date

    @TELE-HO tried this . Doesn’t work for me (I have described it in other topic) because my hr zones in SA were complete different (default 60-70-80… ) than in MC. For correct hr zones I need to sync via Mc ( on website set upload to ST) . I don’t know if it is only my problem or any other users have the same issues .

    On my iPhone 6S Plus I regularly have the app showing crash messages after unlocking the phone. Sometimes 30times one following the other and I have to dismiss them manually…

    @Pieter-Wolmarans Correct, if you already used custom sport mode or route sync. Usually a popup is shown explaining it. If you search the forum you’ll find other discussions about it, please keep discussing there. I’m going to lock this one to avoid duplicates.

    @ChubbyCrusher They did remove Movescount from the app stores some time ago. Its a really frustrating situation, to have an App that you can’t use for everything you want to do with the watch.

    I have same problem, I know I can reinstall app, but do I have to do it daily? I did it yesterday and evening activity (stretching) did not sync. Last unsynced activity was also stretching - is this just a coincidence? Morning weight training synced ok…

    @Brad_Olwin thanks…I’ve looked into the heat map but find it hard to figure out how it works. Where do the blue heat tracks come from? And the map is not very detailed with height curves and names, so it’s kind of hard to draw a route. Do you know a good source for online ski touring tracks?

    @Radu-Negoescu maybe you are right, it would be best to see both times on main screen, but this is enough for me… And pace time… I didn’t show off :-)… I am not really proud with the pace, need to work, a lot, on my technique… still new to swimming… but thank you anyway…

    Are you using Suunto App or MC App ? Unfortunately routes are not yet available for Ambit in Suunto App , so you should stick to Movescount, probably web, as I guess something has been disabled from MC app

    Thanks for the replies. I managed to get it to sync. Just kept playing with it until it finally worked. I ended up unpairing it repairing a few times. I think it took about 15 mins to sync there first time though. Who knows, it’s working now.
