My heart rate is not detected when I run and use the Suunto app. The belt is associated with the mobile phone … the belt is seen by other trackers but not by Suunto. Madness!

This has been answered several times, we should use the search function in the forum.
You have to install Sports Tracker and then SA app will detect the Smart Sensor.
