Suunto spartan sport wrist hr. Accent and decent readings way out?!

So got the watch 4 months ago. Have know idea how to get the accent and decent to be more accurate? Set GPS to best. Altitude offset is on 0. Should I change it??? Very confused

Maybe you can try to set altitude before starting the activity and wait at least a couple of minutes after you get the green arrow and then start recording. -
@Nina-Pereira This is the non-baro version, correct? Without a barometer it is not that accurate but will post-correct in websites or apps. Just not on the watch.
