    Missing data from Suunto App

    @SlaSh just running. the data was imported from MC and all of the above metrics are missing. I have done a new workout (running) and sync the watch directly to Suunto App. It seems that some of the above data is available, the only thing still missing is VO2. I have read that VO2 is supposed to be shown as fitness level. I this correct?

    @silentvoyager all data are recorded in speed units. I am not talking about first averaging the speed and then converting. The rounding is about the display value. Makes sense? On the chart 30 difference on the avg that is what I was talking about.

And I’m not only a user, I’m an active customer. Suunto must communicate now. Otherwise I will sell all my devices as used device on any peer to peer website while it is still time to do it, then move to Garmin, and they will have two more disappointed users in a few time.

    @RoORo Totally agree! I think that they have to copy a lot of good things from Movescount to Suunto app to make it great, like import and export routes! Hope they hear you!

    @Jessica-Monk, in theory, you should be contacting support for watch issues. However, here is a good place to debate about watches and perhaps to get help. The issue with the lost file from Strava definitely here is the best place to ask. We have a nice community here that sometimes due to their nerdy nature, we can help better than support and I am personally responsible for reporting some crucial issues.

    @Mi_chael no not yet. And we aware of this issue if you add on the table the new D5 dive computers. On a side note, I have 3 daily watches, I ll be the first to love this feature

    @Dominique-Kowalski Bonjour, effectivement ce n’est pas possible pour l’instant avec la nouvelle application. Pour autant l’application évolue et de nouvelles fonctionnalités sont ajoutées régulièrement - le rôle de ce forum, si vous souhaitez y participer, est d’aider a prioriser ces évolutions et de les tester. Le plan d’entrainement ainsi que les fractionnes complexes ont été largement “upvotes”. Cela étant dit, rien ne vous oblige a utiliser SA des maintenant. Je ne sais pas quelle montre vous avez, mais vous pouvez continuer a utiliser Movescount jusqu’à l’ete 2020, et ne faire le switch que lorsque les fonctionnalités de SA vous conviennent.

    @andithegeek we dont know yet. You consumers define the requests. Suunto listens and prioritizes. there have been a lot of loud feedback on not closing Movescount so , atm things are fluid. Give it some time please. If I was an A3 owner I d stick to Movescount for now

Nothing is lost not correct, bulk exporting do not include any pictures, movies, tags or groups, followers/connections from movescount, further more Gamrin connect doesn’t read the generated fit files from movescount export for import and refuse to import, only way is manually GPX or TCX files at the moment, si this issue Garmin or Suunto specific I can’t answer…
