This is almost unreadable for me, tiny fonts (I see a pattern here) - I hope Suunto create a dedicated app or even a web app with dark mode.

@Tobias-F said in Web interface: @Jouko-from-Suunto said in Web interface: connection from Movescount to Suunto app will be implemented and there will be a point where all the data that is stored in Movescount (including for example swimming strokes) can be seen in Suunto app did that means tags and comments of individual moves will be transferred as well to the Suunto App or left out as current? good question I have asked to @Jouko-from-Suunto one day about photos joined in MCweb for each moves. I can’t find the answer link, but answer was “yes, it will be transfered to SA”. So maybe one point to have also tags and comments.

@Tobias-F thanks for the info, but no reason it shouldn’t be in suunto app. (or the watch for that matter).

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos And I am happy to see Suunto app use the same maps as Movescount. Here’s hoping they create a web interface as well since it’s more than a bit fidgety to use the phone to create routes.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Yesterday’s is fine so it must just take time to show up. I use the apple health app and it never feeds the correct step count to that app but did record my work out activity to that app just fine.

It sends exactly the same data that you can see in SA. Something like: Distance: 2000m Time: 1h … But nothing about intervals, so no laps or rest time… so when TP gets this data it uses simple math to estimate your pace: 2k in 1h = 3min/100m and then, based on your swimming pace threshold, it gives you a miss-calculated TSS because, obviously, you haven’t been swimming at that pace at all, it’s just that it’s missing the rests. I don’t use HR when swimming, that’s why the TSS is based on threshold pace.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos thank you! And if I may add (a bit out of topic), this forum is really a great initiative and I really appreciate the speed at which you replied (especially a day after Christmas!!) Also having detailed changelogs for all app versions is great for follow up by users, instead of having to guess. Hopefully this will be sorted out, both for this particular sync problem and for the more general picture. I know transitions are often hard to manage (need to go fast and yet so much ‘history’ to take into account), but hopefully this ‘transition’ time will remain just that, a transition, and not become the new normal.
