Creating Routes and swimming stuff
-
I am a Spartan Sport Wrist HR User and downloaded the app a while ago.
So my Question: I am participating in a Trail Ultra with no route marks. Therefore it is mandatory to have the track on a GPS watch with you. The track is given to me as a GPX, so i just need to get that one on my watch… But i cannot find the option to do that via the new app.
I know it was working with Movescount, but my watch stopped syncing with it since i created the first route via the app…
Is there any option to solve my problem using the app?Furthermore, i totally dislike the route creation with the app! The google maps layout prevents from distinguishing trails and forest roads and is therefore totally unpractical!
Also, i have a problem with my swimming workouts! On movescount i could see all the laps i did in the pool with the different times and thats not possible on the app! Is there someting planned to see that on the app?

@DonDougie Hey and welcome!
Short answer. Make sure you have the latest version of the apps (BETA). Look at the forum FAQ on how to get them.
After that download the GPX file to your phone, and choose to open it with the Suunto app. That will improt the file to the app and you can sync it to your watch.

@DonDougie ,
Open it from à file explorer on your phone (if it doesn’t propose you SA to open with, try another file explorer)
For maps, the latest beta let you choose mapbox instead of Google.
