@Matija-S Yes, Burner for example should work. You should be able to turn on any app in rope jump if it’s visible in the menu.
Can you click “Send logs to Suunto” in Suunto mobile app and send me the email address of your Suunto app account as private message? Logs may help to diagnose the issue.
@far-blue thanks for the reply, maybe they will consider this feature in the future, it can be usefull, and shouldn’t be that difficult to implement I think…
Maybe @Raimo-Järvi knows it there are some plans for that option.
@FunkyLarma most of my workouts are simple and I use structured workouts in SA for those. I find it easier to manage them. Some are from training peaks.
Thank you for the heads up @Brad_Olwin
It is definitely something I would be interested in and think it would help benefit the Suunto platform. Having read through the link @Mff73 referenced it is clearly on the radar for Suunto, so can only hope it moves forward.
Reading the comments it is clear there is some concerns over stability but I think an SDK that was clearly isolated to local devices would drive knowledge of the brand and platform and could increase user base. Of course an ‘app store’ would need moderation which does require resources from Suunto but it could really help pay off in the long run.
Regardless, I have cast my vote and wait to see
@Danny-poleg As far as I remember after completing the first lap you should mark this lap with a button (lap button on your watch), afterwards it will be done automatically. I’ve never used this feature I think I read it in user guide.
@isazi Ah, ok, thank you. Now I understand the point of this option. The thing is that as I still don’t have much information stored in the watch I didn’t notice any change between leaving it checked or unchecked.
Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately it’s currently not possible to control sound pitch from SuuntoPlus sports app, but we will keep this in mind for the future.
FWIW today I’ve used both decoupling and ghost runner S+ apps. I’ve used the Suunto smart sensor as HRM). Battery before activity was 62%. After 1.5h of activity (nordic walking) dropped to 56%.
