How many SuuntoPlus Apps in Cycling mode?
-
Hello, I have a Vertical (Steel), latest Siftware). I thought I could use two S+ Apps during training. It works for running but not for cycling. In Cycling Basic Mode I can either use Burner or Strava Relative Effort but not both. Ist it a bug or normal?
-
@Chris-Ki should be two in all sport modes. Are you also using an S+ guide?
-
@isazi no, but when I choose burner on the watch and move on to strava and choose it, I see that burner is deactivated and the other way round. No other S+ App is activated.
-
@Chris-Ki not sure if it is these two apps in particular, I have other apps and not have that issue. Have you already tried rebooting the watch?
-
@isazi Hi, I made a softreboot but the
Problem still exists. It seems that the Burner S+ App is not working properly. When I activated it, leave the S+ Menue and reenter it, it is deactivated and the Menue shows, that only strava is active. -
@Chris-Ki quite strange, I cannot reproduce. Is the burner app misbehaving only in combination with Strava or all the times?
-
@isazi OK I have tested it in other sport modes and in combination with other S+ Apps. Only Burner is the problem. When I choose Burner and another S+ App, the little “switch” that indicates if the S+ App is active or not beneath Burner goes to off position (switch down, Grey color). But when I leave the S+ App Menue to the Activity main page it says that many S+ Apps are activated and I get the data from Burner and the other activated App in the Activity Summary afterwards. So it is just an optical problem.

Now that you mention it this way, I remember having seen this also.
I am pretty sure it is solved in the upcoming update.
