@pavel-samokha I’ve noticed the same issue with older activities not displaying animations properly. It seems like only workouts synced directly from the watch to SA are working. Would be great if there was a way to support imported or older activities as well! Regarding the speed discrepancy, that’s an interesting find. The difference between the max speed shown in SA and the white flag animation does make it seem like a conversion issue. If it’s pulling from different data points (peak vs. recorded max), maybe there’s a way to standardize how it’s displayed? Also, I’d really appreciate having an option to manually switch between metric and imperial. Since it’s based on locale right now, it can be a bit inconvenient for those of us using different systems across devices. Hopefully, this is something that can be addressed in a future update!

This well known 7 sec delay in getting power read from Stryd (wind version) at the start of the run in still present with S9PP. Interesting enough, while I was waiting for my S9PP to arrive, used A3P paired with Stryd and surprised to discover this delay is not present with A3P Look at the screenshots from the info in the Fit file from Intervals ICU for runs with S9PP and A3P. It’ll be interesting to see if S9PP own wrist power also has this delay? I bet it doesn’t but I haven’t tested yet. Also, wondering if the either the new Stryd Pod coming out mid November helps in this 7 secs power read delay and/or the new Stryd S+ app On side notes from the fit file , HR read from Suunto chest strap starts in 1 sec with A3P and 2 secs with S9PP, and cadence coming from Stryd on S9PP also sees same delay as power. Hi! There is a plan to add description field for each part of structured interval? Now I can only write a 12 symbols as a step name, but often very difficult make good descriptions with this limit))) Simultaneously I see, that in Guides every exercise has a description and even timer!

@JohnV HRV is interpreted as body resources. In my case I notice if my resources is going yellow again whilst resting it’s a sign of good recovery and HRV going up.

Ah, ok, sorry. I have never seen these before, and I did not even know that they exist (and it would annoy me, too). Might help, that the GPS of my Smartphone is always switched off, if I do not navigate (which does not happen often, and if so GPSis activated manually of course).

@Brad_Olwin I would guess it’s mainly for loosing weight - at least thats why I bought my first fitbit, counting calories and looking to reach a calorie deficit every day - and it didn’t work (at first) since Fitbit‘s calorie calculation ( and I agree: thats all it is - a calculation, no real measurement) was much too high for my metabolic rate. The only way for me to really find out how much I burn, was to actually track my intake (to get a rough number of calories consumed) and track my weight for some weeks. I then found out how much I could eat without gaining weight and from that number of calories I subtracted about 300 to 500 kcal a day, and did this for some month, loosing 10kg and keeping it. With lower weight there had to be done some adjustments in intake, but I now have a relatively good idea of the number of calories I could eat without gaining weight again. Actually Suunto‘s estimation of my daily calorie burn was very near that number together with a very cheap Amazefit tracker (and the one on the website of the Mayo clinic ) Polar was way off, as was the Apple watch. I guess there are different algorithms for calculating your bodies calorie consumption regarding your age, weight, etc. and if your device uses the wrong one you will actually never loose weight, but even gain more :-).

@castletonroad almost always issues like this are result of confused account. If you have another email you’re using - please try to login with it. On iOS it’s also often happens due to usage of Apple’s private relay email feature. If there is still an issue - contact support via the app, they’ll help you
