    @AndrewAmbit3 if I had to guess I would say that the watch estimated your pace with the accelerometer (like when you run on treadmill) during the trail runs. If that’s the case, no gps recorded so (I guess) no possibility to get the full route… maybe you can manually edit the fit/gpx file? There must be some services that allow you to do that…

    Ich nutze die S9 (nicht Baro). Die Übertragung der Daten auf das Handy (S9+, Android) hat gestern Abend - trotz Wartung der Suunto-Server - problemlos geklappt. Dafür genutzt habe ich die Suunto App. Movescount “füttere” ich über den PC per Kabel, und habe Movescount nicht mehr als App auf dem Handy.

    Thank you @jthomi, after uninstall and reinstall Suunto app, the move was re-synced. Now I’m waiting for the connection between Suunto - Strava

    @thornbech not sure, but if you disconnect watch from SA, and clear cache from SA, when you create again connection, all activities in the watch are synchronized (and duplicates are deleted). NOT SURE!!!

    @TELE-HO You`re right. We collect here customer input for developement of the App, and as far as I can tell there will be reports made from here to Suunto about bugs users find, what users complain, what they have feature suggestions and so on. But it can’t be bad to write to support as well, in my opinion. We all have to wait when the next update from Suunto comes about all this.

    @sartoric Thanks, your search skills are greater than mine. By the dates of the different posts I think I can surmise that neither manual nor interval laps are shown in the android Suunto app. Hopefully soon though.

    Hello Malin. Why not use the app of the HR belt? It will always be a bit faster to pick up your HR than the watch. (I use Polar app).

    I am locking this topic, please use the topic https://forum.suunto.com/topic/2336/2-days-not-sinc-with-strava There seems to be problems for some users with syncing from Movescount or SuuntoApp to Strava. Right now we don’t know why.
