This is almost unreadable for me, tiny fonts (I see a pattern here) - I hope Suunto create a dedicated app or even a web app with dark mode.

Hello everyone, my name is Prapasorn. I live in Thailand. I mostly run alone. I enjoy both trail and road running. I’ve been running consistently for about 15 years. My first Suunto watch was the Ambit 3, followed by the Spartan Copper, S9B, and now the Vertical Ti Solar. I enjoy getting useful information from the discussions and experiences shared by members of this community. Prapasorn Sweety

@sky-runner Max HR is irrelevant, lactate threshold is. And as Max HR doesn’t change, but thresholds are, your statement is correct… https://www.suunto.com/de-de/sports/News-Articles-container-page/Figure-out-your-training-zones-and-supercharge-your-fitness/ Zone 5: Above your anaerobic threshold. Zone 5 ends at your max heart rate Zone 4: 94–99 % of your anaerobic threshold. The upper limit of zone 4 is your anaerobic threshold Zone 3: 89-93 % of your anaerobic threshold Zone 2: 83-88 % of your anaerobic threshold. The upper limit of zone 2 is your aerobic threshold Zone 1: <82 % of your anaerobic threshold. Zone 1 starts at your resting heart rate.

@Danny-poleg I got my Vertical 2 last week and has lost connection between app and watch two times already. Both times in the morning, trying to check my sleep data. The dashboard shows no connected watch in the upper left corner and no widgets in the app will start. The watch is connected to the phone (Samsung S22 ultra), i get notifications on the watch from other apps, like strava. It’s just the Suunto app that can’t seem to find the watch. Restarting the phone has solved the issue but crashing two times in four days is obviously not acceptable. Suunto please fix this!

@Francesco-Pagano The climb difficulty is rated for cycling. I think and have stated not necessarily useful for running. But they are there.

@Sportsfreund To be honest: I didn’t manage to follow the plan for longer than a week. It offers too less possibility of variation. My days are too changing spontaneously that I could follow a plan in the way Suunto is offering it.

@Alonzo hi, unfortunately not possible here as other say however if you are a Strava user (even free) you could use activity fix to achieve this, hope it helps while we wait for better tags management in the suunto appp

@Danny-poleg personal records implementation is currently poor since it doesn’t take fastest subsegments of activities, so it may be related to that. Only takes into account total activity pace.

@cosme.costa Ahhh! You’re right. I’ve just checked Suunto maps on an old iPhone and there’s more vertical space. Though the “edit” trick is even better as you can almost go full screen (by sliding the bottom map details portion down) compared to the iPhone view only mode which is a larger square. Thank you
