I hope they will stay in the other screens, where they seems to work. Stroke rate is a very useful metric for swimming. I would say that it is much more useful in swimming than in running.
@johan6504 @ianshowalter I am going to ask about this and see if something can be done. I like to search for my past races and having the calendar display is very helpful.
I have the same experience. Road bike sport mode, long steep climbing in Alps in June. I got storm alert (drop of pressure) and I lost several meters of altitude. On the end of climbing altitude in watch was around 100 meters less than real, while I started calibrated. luckily strava fixed my elevation gain in case someone is curious or it would help to improve algorithm I can search and share my log.
