@slashas in iOS the routes sync automatically with no direct sync of anything else. It makes a lot of sense to update GPS when updating routes. But without a cellular connection, GPS cannot be updated. I think the ideas are good but probably only a few would use them. Most may not use force touch.

Works from Notification Center, but not from Notification when phone is unlocked, as well Notification is not marked as read in app even if you have checked that notification, so you need to press bell and notification again…

I have to admit I took the idea mostly from *armin because it made - and still makes sense to me - that you aim to reach a specific amount (so it is one goal) of intensity time. And times where you push harder count with a bigger number, according to the intensity. So a race usually results in more intensity minutes than a low-HR activity.

I built a subscription service for syncing weight, would people be interested if I added Suunto Support? It’s called Smart Scale Sync There’s no API for updating Suunto weight, so it would have to securely collect credentials. I’ve taken a similar approach for Garmin, TrainerRoad, and Concept2. If there is enough interest I can give it a try! Edit: Just wanted to say that an API based solution like the IFTTT proposal above would be the best way to go. Smart Scale Sync would be something to fill the gap until API support becomes available.

@pilleus thx! I will give it a try. However I think that is a workaround for something that can be automated based on configuration (just like de don’t disturb between hours)

@silentvoyager FW related suggestions should always be sent also to suunto support for consideration. I am not sure that anyone here is considering these suggestions with which I agree BTW. Suunto’s philosophy is to make a general setting for all and not allow for much individual customization.

@Jessica-Monk when back in range the phone will shortly check if it needs to sync. Perhaps for a few the sync icon will appear.
