@Egika hey mate, thanks for replying I do have dive route enable and also the dives information, the watch is triggered every time since it thinks at 0.3m i’m doing a dive so i have arround 150 dives for 1 hour snorkeling each time just by swimming

@eeser The Ocean has not yet been updated to the Race firmware. It will come but will take some time. The Lock Screen is in the newer firmware version.

@simon-whittaker, Check Bluetooth and wi-fi connections with phone and watch, then check your phone permissions. If necessary disable data and power savings.

@StuieD Suunto does not provide a timeline for any of their products, Ocean included.

@isazi thanks I will advise support, it happens randomly (I am always paired to 2 sensors), but they would be able to see the recorded activity with all but the minimal data missing.

@Green_Ninja Have you tried a soft reset? Press upper button until the watch restarts.

@sacrevache, The bezel in my SO is perfect without any scratch, just the crystal sapphire.

@diogao13 and @StuieD oook thanks for the info! I only wore normal watches and I wear them lower, I’m going to have to get used to wearing the Suunto a little “higher”.
