if you have the aquas you have to switch on the headphones once before the folders are created and possibly bind it to your phone and do the update, if they dont I would contact suunto support. Just be aware that you might have to delete the folders and cycle the headset again after the update as I had to do before everything start working 100% again, as explained in this post: https://forum.suunto.com/post/166296

Ok I initially had this problem too, I however solved this by doing this (im on Android if that is a question): i moved my music to the root of the usb drive to save time. deleted the two standard folders that is in the usb drive of the headset recycled the headsett on then off again. Reconnected the headset to the pc and moved the music back into the music folder. switched on the headset and the music was available in the app. I suspect the software update i got before starting to use the headset had some issues with the directories as they were empty from the start so it had to recreate them for everything to work properly Enjoy your Aqua

@Sandra-Cross I don’t have Aqua light, but I swim with Aquas, it doesn’t get in the way at all, once you put them on, there’s little to no sliding, so you won’t even notice them.

I suspect that your phone is unable to rcognise or power up headphones. I’d recommend to try to upload music files from laptop/computer or if it has to be mobile phone you can try to connect it via powered USB hub (USB hub with powersupply cable and plug).

@pavel.samokha Yes indeed, Shokz had to re-engineer their bone-conduction with a usb-c on the side instead of a magnetic port.

I can’t download audio onto my Aqua headphones. The connection drops out when I attach the headphones to my phone via the usb cable.

I had Suunto Wing and as soon as Suunto Aqua came, I sold my Wing and got the Aquas. I know you only asked between Sonic and wing, but I’d recommend Suunto Aqua if you swim no brainer, even if you don’t swim my opinion is Aquas are the best of the three, offline music, water proof, + some other features like neck fatigue measurement, neck mobility measurement and jump test assessment.

@Tieutieu I got someone to talk quite fast but all I got as a response: we escalated your ticked and wait for feedback from the responsible team. What have they escalated and why I do not know. I told them that the replacement cannot turn on anymore, and resetting with the multifunctional button does not work. So here I am now waiting 5 days to be contacted by mail… What will this mail say except: return the headphones is beyond me
