Suunto Aqua - Headsize

Hi,
I just got the Suunto Aqua for me and my daughter as we are training Apnea together and a little extra motivation never hurt anyone
I really like the headset and how the offline mode is working, but she is quite petite so the headset does not settle as well on her as me. Is there any way I can make it “tighter” without ruining the headset for her?
