Transferring audio files

I want to transfer audio files from my phone to the Aqua, but when I attach the powerbank to the phone via the usbC cable the connection drops out.
No problems with charging the headphones using the powerbank, or playing audio files via Bluetooth. -
I suspect that your phone is unable to rcognise or power up headphones. I’d recommend to try to upload music files from laptop/computer or if it has to be mobile phone you can try to connect it via powered USB hub (USB hub with powersupply cable and plug).
