hi @gianluca91 (@isazi and @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos FYI 😁 )
Seems like the is an issue with the native map on movescount.
When i tried to plan a route using native maps on movesvount - and export it to GPX - it doesn’t contain any <ele> info
So what i recommend is to use staff like Strava or Komoot and export GPX - then import route to Movescount.
Hi there. I’ve been struggling with that for a while, and wondering if there is specific format i should use while importing maps to Movescount. (in order to sync with Watch as SA does not work with Ambit lines. )
then - (important part) - make sure you drop at least start point and end point on your imported route. and if you want - few additional waypoints. that will make sure some elevation profile is recorded.
If you want to be sure you have that info on MC - export that route gpx from MC - and open with text editor or notepad and look for <ele> </ele> information - if not there - it won’t work on Suunto Watch.

Aditionaly you can check if when adding waypoints you got Elevation info :
Example without Elevation (when planned route on MC)

Example with Elevation WayPoint (when imported from Komoot.

Last not least - ignore fact that there is no count for Ascent and Descent. - elevation profile still should be there.
( I did not managed yet how to make that working for total Ascent Descent values)
