@pavel-samokha I’ve noticed the same issue with older activities not displaying animations properly. It seems like only workouts synced directly from the watch to SA are working. Would be great if there was a way to support imported or older activities as well! Regarding the speed discrepancy, that’s an interesting find. The difference between the max speed shown in SA and the white flag animation does make it seem like a conversion issue. If it’s pulling from different data points (peak vs. recorded max), maybe there’s a way to standardize how it’s displayed? Also, I’d really appreciate having an option to manually switch between metric and imperial. Since it’s based on locale right now, it can be a bit inconvenient for those of us using different systems across devices. Hopefully, this is something that can be addressed in a future update!

Hi @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos, my agps is n/a value ! The only thing changed this morning is the “GPS” value, yesterday it was “na”, but this morning it switched to “5.7.10-P2.&-snt.005” … Yesterday evening I “hard” resested my watch, and this morning I started an activity and waited for GPS sognal… few mn later the watch bipped and updated the displayed face (starting & end period day) i don’t know if it’s a good new or not…because when I start a new activity the arrow icon is blinking and doesn’t seem to captur signal anymore regards, Sylvain

@Pavel Samokha, who has often listened to our calls and helped us. Hello again. I really miss the function to sort all the training sessions over the years. I ride three different bikes in total, which I always train with under “Cycling”. In the individual training sessions, I then name the bikes, for example “Giant”, “Bulls” or “Scott”. If I then select a specific bike, I can see the exact kilometers ridden, the time ridden and all other data added up over the last few years, not just for one month. It’s similar with jogging; there I always enter the location as a description, even the choice of shoes. If I then select the location in the search function, I can see all the kilometers I have run in that location. This is no longer possible, and the function is fundamentally important to me, and I wonder why it’s missing. Improvements and new functions are one thing and all well and good, but why simply leave out basic, simple things? I’ve been using the app for eleven years now, and I hate it when basic features that I’ve grown accustomed to are suddenly gone. I started with the “Description” function, where you could enter search terms. The “Tags” function came later, but I never used it. I continued to use the description. The search function worked without issues until now, but if you disable the older functions, the app becomes worthless to me. I own three Suunto watches in total, and therefore also support the brand with hardware. I hope Suunto will also listen to the requests and calls from older users. Best regards, Olli.

@Bulkan said in How to view POWER data in SA?: I don’t see power in the suunto app Link you shared. One thing, could be possible that in the average is counting the zero? It that is the case the average power is not your average power pedaling (I hope this word is correct). Strava only counts the time were there is power. So downhills don’t count on average. On the link it doesn’t show, here are the screenshots [image: 1609885772011-5b6d7843-3da7-4727-90e2-6c7ef8bc0d16.png] [image: 1609885771914-f245ed92-1b0f-4c25-9ed7-ae57dce036a2.png]

@margusl thank you very much for your help. It is not normal for us to have to find workarounds and alternatives to fill the lack of missing features / data with Suunto app. It is Suunto job to make this transition more smooth

I like a problem with the scales.

@silentvoyager the distance was always higher than what I got from phone with runtastic. but when running with friends having ambit2 or garmin fenix5 I noticed that on distances there were not high differences, but on altitude yes. I was setting S9 to get altitude from barometer and they were taking the altitude from GPS. I had 50-60m differences on 800m total altitude gain. I don’t know which one is more accurate or if it’s good or bad. cheers, Florin

Hi @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos could you please explain why we have difference between pace data in watches and movescount during pool swimming? Autolaps were disabled. Let me show my activity. This is data displayed on watches, as you can see the pace is 1:58, total time of activity is 33’19 min. [image: 1569943650257-20191001_181202-resized.jpg] When the data is transferring to Movescount the pace changed to 2:13, total time of activity noted is same, 33’19 min. [image: 1569943781029-2019-10-01_18-07-24.png] I understood that we have difference between Strava and watches, due to different calculation, but why we have difference between watches and Movescount? This is data from Strava, the pace is 1:58, BUT activity time is 29’37 min! Its moving time without time for refreshment between swimming intervals. [image: 1569943983557-2019-10-01_18-07-07.png] To be more clear i got swim 3 times per 500 meters with refreshment abt 1 minute between intervals. As i noted autolaps is disabled and i didn’t use pause button during activity.

surprisingly I’ve planned a biketour in an area I completely don’t know. So I did my first glimpse at the navigation in the Ambit… never used it before. But it looks awesome. Route planning or loading from an existing route is a piece of cake. …hope the Ambit will be supported for that in SA, soon. Because in SA it looks great, too… a bit tricky for fatfingers but then there’s still hope for SA web, right? …never ever thought I would try and use it, but it is so simple!!

@josephkarl said in Disappointed Android users: oid device has started lagging and the device becomes slow and many apps are getting affected with that and affecting the outlook app was one of them. The phone might get slower due to one single app if this one is using huge amounts of CPU, but it’s impossible that other apps are directly affected in terms of they stop working or have crashes because of Suunto. Each app running on an Android phone acts as a single user in a multi-user Linux system. This means that the apps live in their own sandbox regarding security, performance, etc. There is one pop-up when you install the SA asking you to allow the app to run in the background in order to provide a better service. If you don’t allow this (can also change it in the settings), the performance/battery of the phone will definitely not be affected although you might miss a couple of notifications.
