    @Jevans if you disconnected only new activities from the date you connected will sync. Download and upload the fit file

    What do you mean “sync nip one slip one” ? Well, if the old activities were already sent, of course is not syncing it. Check if the activity icon on logbook is colored (sent) or greyed (not sent). Anyway if (in SA settings) you add Movescount as an external service, you’ll send a request to import all the “old” activities from MC to SA. https://forum.suunto.com/topic/2899/movescount-history-import-is-open-for-all-users-spartan-s9-s5/6

    @Sezer-Yiğit OK for Strava. Unsintall/reinstall may still solve your issue, maybe app cache related, or… Maybe try first not to delete activity, and if not better, do delete/uninstall/install/sync.

    @filipsvensson92 did you reach a high zone ? It needs lets say a 15minute zone 3 to zone 4 at least workout

    @DenSilvrigaste Did you try reinstalling the app? If you have a lot of moves they can take a long time to sync.
