@mpmatx The only time I had this problem was when I was attempting to use the MC app and the new app on the same device. If this continues as a problem, completely forget the watch and remove it from BT devices. Remove the app,Reboot the phone and reinstall the app.

@jani-kaikkonen I think the week goal can be reset one phone clock changes the day (immediately), but gauges are updated periodically and perhaps they are not reset in each day change (and I think they should)

Same here: I synchronised with beta first, then Mc, and everything was in its proper place.

@ze-stuart got the logs we will look into it.

Sync all workouts via cable to movescount. Then delete workout/workouts on which sync is not working and try to sync to suunto app again.

Sorry I searched but didn’t find it… Thank you for the answer. When you say that the issue is known, it’s about my two issues ? wrong value due to unfiltered move ascent/descent missing on sports-tracker

@slashas the watch (SSU) displays the Avg Pace as mins/100 yards whilst I am actually swimming. Once my swim is complete the watch shows min/interval yards, based on whatever intervals I actually did. My settings are for Imperial (not Metric).

@dimitrios-kanellopoulos you’re welcome. And just to confirm I am now back in the UK and have synced the watch to export yesterday and today data and have not seen any issue with the sleep data.

Strange as I have no issues at all (using Ipad). What device are you using?

@slashas Suunto Spartan Trainer since yesterday…so no temperature neither 3rd dot for me. Before yesterday I was recording moves direct with SA.
