@Egika. You cannot clear on an iPhone. If the cache gets corrupted deleting and reinstalling the app is the only solution.

I see fixes Traverse Alpha Cumulative Distance data field works in laps section. I wonder if A3P power data is fixed also.

Same problem here. IOS 13 and no notifications at all. All settings are correct. I can’t seem to find anything about this anywhere. Is there a fix planned or does anyone have a tip? Edit: found the solution just a few minutes later (after having looked around for a week…). Turns out my bluetooth settings on the phone weren’t correct. Today after trying multiple times I could enter. I cannot mention any specific reason why it now worked as I did nothing else… But still information for Suunto to take a look at this.

@hgavert I see your point but the GPS for the watch is used for more than the Sunset/Sunrise, it is used for navigation as well. The watch does not know where it is from the phone. The watch needs a GPS fix to know where it is, plain and simple. Your phone uses its Network information to tell you where you are and does not solely rely on GPS, that is why you don’t need a continuous fix. The watch does not have a cellular communication chip and has no choice. Yes you will have to get a GPS fix on the watch for the watch to know where it is. When I travel I do stand outside waiting for transportation and allow my watch to get a GPS fix. If you are interested, the S7 works differently and can get location information without a GPS fix.

@Sanjay-Parmar Thanks Sanjay but I’ve never had an issue with my smart sensor which I’ve had for over 5 years now… I checked the data against the HRM on my S9 watch and smart sensor was definitely more accurate. I did recently replace the strap tho as the old one was falling apart, and I wonder if that is the issue. After unpairing etc again it is still looking like I’m asleep or having a heart attack while doing a trail run yesterday… I might contact Suunto Support re: my new strap. Cheers

Finally got it to sync now. After fully uninstalling and re-installing the app on my iPhone. No idea what caused the hiccup…
