As @sartoric question, i don’t see the real interest, but you may explain
Btw, you can always delete a workout in SA, let SA sync to cloud (thus delete in the cloud), and then uninstall SA and reinstall it, and your workout will be synced again : ASSUMING you have not updated FW in watch inbetween or hard-resetted your watch (ie the workout is still complete in the watch).
