Hi! @Bulkan Are you referring to the same recovery graphs that I posted from the watch? Because, they are calculated constantly with the Daily HR and therefore have nothing to do with the exercises. So, how could they be in the fit file? Which fit file would they be in? That looks like the old Suunto exercise recovery time which really doesn’t give any information like the Daily HR recovery. The Daily HR (or the lowest HR), you can actually see in the app (if you do some secret stuff), but this recovery index and time would be much more useful than the HR rate. @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos - do you have any info on this statistic?
