Sync issue - error loading data - sync not fully completed

and even an “blocked” activity was sync to relive yesterday evening!

I today noticed that a hiking activity is not syncing (recorded on July 11), exactly same error message as mentioned in previous posts. Other activities today synced normally. Resynced devices and uninstalled hr Zone app but activity still will not sync. Seems like the back end fix is not working here? Do you have any othe ideas on what to do? Thanks! -
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos are the old ‘problem’ activities supposed to sync? I’m getting the same error message

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos reinstalled the app. Unpaired / repaired and restarted watch. IOS on 18.5 as well as latest v. of App (obviously)
Both activities with issue don’t sync. I was using the HR zones S+ at that time

My activities are still not syncing despite all the recommendations

I am in the same place. New activities without Suunto Plus (HR Zones) sync works fine, but I have about a 10-day period that will not sync. I also keep getting the error in the app on my phone. I am considering just doing a hard reset, but I would like those activities to come over to the app.
I have reinstalled the app, soft reset the watch, paired and unpaired.

My activities are still failing to sync. I have tried the following:
- Restart app
- Power cycle phone and watch
- Disconnect and re-pair watch and phone
- Reinstall app
- Disable weather widget
- Remove all Suunto plus apps

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Hi, I’m having the same syncing problem since 4 july.
I have made inactive all the Plus features on the watch but it still won’t sync.
GPS optimization error.I do not want to lose the activity which has not synced yet. All the others wouldn’t matter much but this one is quite important since I climbed a mountain I will probably never return.
Is there any hope for Suunto to release an update that will fix this issue or will we have to lose the conflicting activities?

Hi all again. If you have tried everything and actvities do no sync. Send logs (search the forum how todo this) and then please pm me your email.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos How is this unrelated, this is the exact thing that is happening to me since around the same time. I now deactivated plus apps and new activities are back syncing, but old ones are still failing and it shows the exclamation mark every time I try to sync
