[Issue] FW rolled back to 2.18.18 and won't find the new FW anymore
-
Hi all, same problem here, S9P watch has rolled back by itself to 2.18.18 the day after the update to 2.18.42.
Waiting for a fix now
-
@hexa62 they bedt can do a push notification in ios yes
-
@mountainchris I have no idea, maybe the first ones to update? There should be nothing wrong with the watches, it was a glitch with the iOS app for what I know that affected less than 200 users in total.
I agree Suunto should have sent an official communication, but I believe they will solve everything when everyone is back at the office the coming week.
-
@isazi does it only affect 9Peak users? Went well here over cable on the S5
-
@chrisa yes, only S9P.
-
Thanks for the downvotes, I love you all anyway

-
I got good help from Suunto guys here helping me with this issue. Kudos to you!
-
@richard-thygesen what help? Can you give details?
-
Do you guys still have this issue ?
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos
Yes, Its still exist.
iOS App shows that update is available : 2.19.42.
s9p have 2.18.18 (rolled back from 2.19.42 during Saturday night) and FW Update is gray out -
The same for me , appear the same message , seems that firmware is in the iphone but the watch canโt re-upgrade.
Thanks
-
We are testing a solution, so just write me a PM and Iโll tell you how to install the firmware today.
-
@dimitrios-kanellopoulos yes, still no fix. watch keeps thinking its up to date and app says it sent to watch
-

-
Same here

-
@isazi thanks a lot for the help, now it worked. Maybe SA on my iphone got a hickup and needed a gentle clap.
-
@hexa62 how did you fix ?
-
You should all receive a message in app very soon, with a fix for the issue.
And special thanks to all the users that accepted to be guinea pigs for the test today, you helped Suunto find a fix for everyone else.
