@Martin Thanks. This makes 2 of us. I’ve learnt that when you start the app (2.11.0/9541) and syncing, those 3 icons are gone. If you stay and play around within the app, either swipe left/right and up/down or tapping on 5 icons at the bottom of the screen, those 3 icons will come back if you are lucky. That means I haven’t found a replicable way to make it come back consistently.

got it. With no watch paired, I can adjust this as well. In metric units no problem here though…

@pavel-samokha that makes sense. Yes, I already imported my activities from Movescount sometime back in 2020.

So, apparently none of the 24/7 data is fetched in the app after the initial sync. Activities are displayed in the feed and diary, but the dots on the calendar are not updated. I definitely understand this might be because no watch is synced to this iPad, but I don’t think the behaviour is correct, as I would really like to be able to check my data and/or plan on the iPad while maintaining the phone as the primary device, thus the one the watch is connected to. I wonder how it works for those of you with more than one watch, do you have different data in each app one of the watches is connected to ? Aren’t steps/sleep… aggregated between devices ?

@egika said in iOS 2.7.0 deleted activities on the watch still sync to SA: this is still the case for the non-activity menus. You are right, just checked. But then, not sure why navigation in menu gets laggy for me. When the watch is connected all is okay, but sometimes I leave my watch behind and pick it up just before to starting the activity, then maybe sync kick in more quicker then I get into the menus (Ambit user here, not sure if that matters).

@seb57 you cannot do it in the App, AFAIK. There are several third party possibilities, but From what I have read they are used to fix problems at the end (I.e., cutting not-desired additional time). There are several posts about them in this forum. For example here there is some info and links: https://forum.suunto.com/topic/5581/crop-activities?_=1640119403006

Sorry i did not realise there was a topic about this subject before. I tried to search for key words before started this one. From what i read this is a long lasting requirement. I cant understand why would they not make this happen. So far i really like the watch, the app would need some improvement, but not to able to upload this kind of simple data is just a mistery to me. The uploading to Apple health is already working, i guess it would no be such a challenge to add sleep data to it. Is there some real reason this was not done, or they just dont care? Thx for your thoughts!

@inkognito Unfortunately no. I did report it. Support seemed to treat it like a feature request.

@thanasis Let me know next time this happens and send logs right away to Suunto from the app. Copy me here with the email you use for SA and I will forward this to Suunto to see if there is a bug.

@niggy123 I am not seeing these issues with an S9P. How is the watch set up? Galileo could be causing issues if you use that.
