@Richard-Thygesen
I think it depends on how Suunto calculates or interprets the averages and how clearly a pyramidal or polarized one can be recognized.
To clarify:
Calculated: If you train polarized for 5 weeks and pyramidal in the 6th week, the entire average zone time for the last 6 weeks could well be pyramidal. Especially if you have “just” reached the polarized model some weeks.
Interpreted: Suunto only takes the results model of the weeks and takes these as statistics. So:
Week1: polarized
Week2: polarized
…
Week5: polarized
Week6: pyramidal
Average: polarized
but with this method it becomes complicated when it is not clear. e.g
W1: polarized
W2: pyramidal
W3: polarized
W4: basis
W5: sweet spot
W6: pyramidal
Average: ?
Well, maybe it was not an issue on the iOS side after all
After restarting the watch, I was able to pair it. Now syncing seems to work again as well.
Rebooting still being the best way to fix things I suppose
@tomasbartko Seems like an old version of the app. Fitness level now is under Analysis and looks like this.
