@dimitrios-kanellopoulos I can confirm this is still an issue. I’m a new Suunto 9 user and sync direct from watch to Suunto app. Heart rate zones show correctly on my Suunto app. When I shared the activity, the web page (app.suunto.com/move/…) does not display correct HR zones. It does indeed looks like the web page does not handle “custom” HR zones, it just displays some default ones. This is an old post but it’s asserted it’s a caching issue. I don’t think so. Could this be added to the development backlog please?

@amasidlover you can sync offline, i.e. the data is transferred from your watch to the app without you needing Internet connection, thus allowing you to free space on the watch. Most of the processing is then done online by the “Suunto Cloud”, including converting the raw data into a FIT file. This is how I understand the process so far, of course people from Suunto can help solve doubts better.

Having the same problem, I noticed that when I record an activity with the app instead of the watch, calories burned “with the app” appear in the activity but not in the total of the day. Should developers fix that ?

Yes, we have done all suggestion. Problem still there. No issue observed on other android phone.

@Bulkan I always have my GPS set to best accuracy, 1sec. I’ve tried doing it by time, but I struggle to keep track of the same time whilst sprinting. Running between two physical markers takes no concentration, ha ha! I know 70m isn’t far, but I want a full on sprint and that is about as far as I can manage at the moment. I do a 2km slow warm up, sets of intervals, then 2km slow run home. These particular intervals were essentially a rectangle, with the 70m sprint on one short edge and then i would slow jog the other three as the rest. Rinse and repeat. I can screenshot the track and upload it if required?

For Ambits, Movescount HR zones are not synced to the watch, zones are only applied to activities that end up in Movescount. Ambit itself only knows about max & rest HR It would be quite a step forward if Suunto App could at least use those values for generating zone boundaries, currently it just seems to use same constants for every Ambit user.
