Ok, so I fixed the problem by deleting the imported routes from my iPhone. This seems to be a bug and needs to be fixed, because web interface is no longer a thing and if you don’t happen to have a iPhone you are totally locked out of your route page. Furthermore I do want to be able to have more routes which this issue doesn’t allow me to have. Edit: The route page crashes, beyond repair when importing large gpx files.

@marco-guglielmo assume you have tried clearing your cache for the suunto app on the phone?

@yovosi Android GPX import still doesn’t work as it should. Yesterday I downloaded a route from the web and got the same error message on two different android phones (Oneplus 6 and samsung galaxy s7) . Had to send me the file from my sisters iphone, where the route import worked flawless. Does someone else have the same problem?

@frederic never used Movescount. I bought my S9 one year ago. I’m still learning. It’s like if I bought a Ferrary and I don’t know how to drive

@dimitrios-kanellopoulos I can confirm this is still an issue. I’m a new Suunto 9 user and sync direct from watch to Suunto app. Heart rate zones show correctly on my Suunto app. When I shared the activity, the web page (app.suunto.com/move/…) does not display correct HR zones. It does indeed looks like the web page does not handle “custom” HR zones, it just displays some default ones. This is an old post but it’s asserted it’s a caching issue. I don’t think so. Could this be added to the development backlog please?

@amasidlover you can sync offline, i.e. the data is transferred from your watch to the app without you needing Internet connection, thus allowing you to free space on the watch. Most of the processing is then done online by the “Suunto Cloud”, including converting the raw data into a FIT file. This is how I understand the process so far, of course people from Suunto can help solve doubts better.

Having the same problem, I noticed that when I record an activity with the app instead of the watch, calories burned “with the app” appear in the activity but not in the total of the day. Should developers fix that ?

Yes, we have done all suggestion. Problem still there. No issue observed on other android phone.
