@bracadeoss95 we dont have this issue. I am suspecting something is taking over the BT connection / closing it on your Android phone.

Sportstracker never allowed me to use Polar H10, their support went as far as saying it was supposed to work but it never did, it was reported by many users but nothing was fixed. It’ll make some people I know smile if we can get polar HRM to connect with Suunto app

@rodrak 4.26.3 in the title is the version of your SuuntoApp? Latest version is 4.38, maybe worth update it before any conclusion.

@aleksander-h confirmed, the same happened to me. Started “Hiking” while “Cycling” in reality. The change in the App did not influence the achievements either. This might stay my fastest hike for … ever.

I’m having to rename my routes to get edited versions to resync to my S9B. Don’t know that this is limited to spartan line

Ok, so I fixed the problem by deleting the imported routes from my iPhone. This seems to be a bug and needs to be fixed, because web interface is no longer a thing and if you don’t happen to have a iPhone you are totally locked out of your route page. Furthermore I do want to be able to have more routes which this issue doesn’t allow me to have. Edit: The route page crashes, beyond repair when importing large gpx files.

@marco-guglielmo assume you have tried clearing your cache for the suunto app on the phone?

@yovosi Android GPX import still doesn’t work as it should. Yesterday I downloaded a route from the web and got the same error message on two different android phones (Oneplus 6 and samsung galaxy s7) . Had to send me the file from my sisters iphone, where the route import worked flawless. Does someone else have the same problem?
