@Tomáš-Zahradník What you can do, if you have a mobile with you is to just sync even if the mobile connection is off. The app will store a local copy of the data and will try to upload it eventually. The watch should be able to store up to xh of data with HR etc but after that will rotate. Also keep in mind that a software update will do the same.

@Saketo-Nemo I couldn’t reproduce it on IOS (it’s not a tap to change the type of screen, it’s a separate menu and it’s not present for breadcrumb)

@Łukasz-Szmigiel yes saw that as well. Clearing the app cache fixes it. Looks like only those stored locally chnage. So no data mess.

It could be an App cache issue too, so it could be enough to wipe the cache data instead of uninstall/install

@atrekinthesun if you put on the belt on dry skin it will have problems to measure your heart rate. try to put a bit water to the belt’s connector patches before the run. I rarely have issues, no warmup before it works!

@Rob33 It shows the “best” week/day/month of the metric chosen. In your case, the day with the most calories burned. In the case of average pace, it shows (incorrectly IMO the highest (worst) average pace per duration.

@silentvoyager I cannot speak for Android but with iOS this is not an issue. I always have my app running and use Suuntolink often. I have never had an issue there. If running MC app and SA app on the phone at the same time there is a problem. Note that Suuntolink will not synchronize moves as the connection to SA has disabled that.

This was happening to me too. I found out that there was something wrong with the GPS file, and it wasn’t syncing correctly. All I had to do was do a soft reset, and it has worked perfectly ever since.
