Hello, I have the same problem, no registering is possible in the app. When I set up Email, Name and Password, I can confirm privacy policy and then error 106. No way to register. Android App on Pixel 7 pro. Support doesn’t react, Supporchat is freezing since 15 mins. Very frustrating on a try to use an European product…

@Mff73 I played with the app for ballooning and it worked that way. I was surprised too that no ups/downs in vertical were shown in the activity even on 3D mode.

@Likarnik i am not expert enough to assess all dependencies, but, i think yes, fit is a standardized format, but, even well “formatted”, it can contains so much more data that suunto need and will manage, and those data could even not be well “logic”, and then, what need suunto do with a data that is leading to “wrong” activity metrics ? it will have to support, analyze each file, give an exact explanation of “why” it is not working, etc…

@pilleus I’m fine with certain level of inaccuracy, that’s perfectly understandable, especially that I will adjust the distance at the and anyway. I switched to Vertical from 5-years old Huawei watch GT 2. For the last month, I was wearing both Vertical and GT 2 for every indoor/outdoor activity, just to compare, out of curiosity. I knew my old watch measures treadmill distance within 10% gap to the original one, an I was really surprised seeing Vertical floating between 30% - 10% gap (got slightly better after GPS calibration). Anyway, even 30% I can live with, if after adjustment all information get updated in the app @isazi Thanks for the info, I’ll wait for the new beta release then

@Tomas-Fejfar Thanks for the reply. I understand that installing the app in a different profile solves this. But the whole idea of the profile is to offer apps that are related to a certain profile (google account). And only allowed in a certain profile.

@Ketoohs try to do an uninstall and reinstall with good wifi / 4G etc. Maybe its fetching data and gets stuck

However… why does it work normally for other people with Garmin and other stuff. why do my uploads for gym show up almost instantly not after a week or so why option to share manually hangs on Suunto app (via website and/or Android 11 app) And I guess moving to app branch would probably be a good idea too.
