Yes, for sure this is the reason but could be good if can have a extra function that when clicked opens the Suunto app Yes, I agree also with the switch. On my mobile the Watch Connection Service is running even when Bluetooth is off… By this reason I have restricted the battery and data in background for this app, because notifications are unusable because lack of filter, and I sync the watch only before and after activities.

@JuanPh Yeah, Exactly. I found that very useful for any route with alot of climbing to show relative effort (heart rate) and speed when mountain biking or trail running.

As i wrote i would like to combine the workouts in the Suunto App after recording them with the watch, so the main topic of this post is definitely is a SA Feature suggestion!

There is a work around although a bit long winded. Upload the Google map link to https://mapstogpx.com/ then download as a GPX then upload to SA.

I think that is something needed if you take a look not only on the suunto forum, also in other sites. Maybe it’s something “fast” and “easy” to develop as it doesn’t look to be rocket-science

Thank you. Not easy to find. I recreated the new suggestion and add tag and will remove this one. However if you indicate which post is excatly about Spartan and manual distans adjustment, I vote for that.

And why not to add weather trend indicator arrow on face watch screen just as it is already present altitude value. I as a former user of suunto core really liked those features on that watch

@TELE-HO fair enough, I believe that with small changes SA could cover 70% of my analysis need (vs 20% today), leaving the remaining 30% to QS or Runalyze. And I like having as much as I can in SA, because I anyway use frequently the app to sync with it. But I do have to admit I’m more a running / trail enthusiast than anything else, so my analysis needs are most likely simpler than others.
