@Bento-Galado-0 You can choose NGP as instantaneous value and avg NGP. Don’t know about lap, I do not think that it shows in lap summary and have not tested whether avg NGP changes upon lap button. Custom workouts do not have NGP as data field.
@Kraisun-Tunta The reason some training features do not immediately update on the watch is trying to keep all data up to date. Some folks use multiple watches or multiple devices. The current implementation allows syncing across more than one device. Second, it allows for offline syncing and the ability to use more than one device.
ZoneSense requires calculations from the sever side so the app needs to communicate with the server to display zone predictions.
@Sebastian-Wagner-0 I’ve been asking for NGP and Avg NGP as native data fields, they are native in the Suunto Run. Hopefully that and Vertical gain as a target, which I have also been asking for, will come.

Is there any chance we could get an option to display the daily stats graph in a 12-hour (AM/PM) format? It would be a lot easier to read for those of us who prefer that style.
And sorry if this suggestion has already come up before — the forum’s search feature isn’t very helpful, so it’s tough to check.

@JD-Harvey I agree. I understand that a lot of people may like the new notification messages but I also find them really annoying. If somebody in the Suunto team would find the time to put an “OFF” switch for that I would be eternally grateful.
